We have a limited number of spaces and these book out very quickly, we will try our best to accommodate your date and if we are fully booked we will let you know within 24 hours and issue a refund if necessary. We recommend that you book a minimum of 2 weeks before your event to avoid disappointment. Orders are not confirmed until the order has been completed through the checkout. Orders being paid by bank transfer must be paid in full within 7 days of completing the check out or they will be cancelled. If you would like to check a day is available before you purchase please send us an email or a message and we can let you know in advance. All orders are shipped out on a Tuesday, for rural addresses we recommend you set your event day to a week prior to your event to ensure they are delivered in time. Our products are handcrafted to order, we cannot guarantee that our cookies will exactly match examples of designs or photos, we can use more or less of our own artistic style depending on customer request, however the cookies may still not be an exact match of provided photos or drawings, also we cannot copy someone else’s artwork without their permission. We recommend that you provide us with as much detail as possible about your order. We try our best to meet all of your requirements however we cannot offer refunds for cookies not exactly matching example photos, drawings, or provided colours.
